Eucalyptus oil is also used for treating fever, and is often referred to as “fever oil”. You can add a few drops of the essential oil to a cool water compress and place it on the forehead frequently to reduce body temperature during high fever.

Safety: Eucalyptus radiata is preferable for use with seniors and those convalescing. Do not use on kids under 10. Avoid during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
