Clinical aromatherapy is the controlled use of essential oils for specific, measurable outcomes. These effects can occur at both psychological and physiological levels. The choice of essential oil is often based on the chemistry of that essential oil, which in turn will indicate the safest therapeutic method of use.
 
An intake is taken in an eastern modality style. Your ailments and issues you may be having will be discussed.  A series of questions will be asked about your overall health, sleep patterns, digestive patterns, social interactions, relationships, traumas, etc. You will also smell multiple single note essential oils and be asked whether you like the smell or not. A simple yes, no or neutral. Your personality type will be discovered which helps in developing a customized essential oil blend just for you. Certain personalities are prone to certain ailments and discovering your personality type can help to prevent certain pathologies. This is the definition of holistic. It’s all about prevention. Also, certain ailments are connected, like constipation and mouth sores, and finding these connections will help discover the root to what is causing it. I use my knowledge in aromatherapy and acupressure to develop a customised blend for you.  
 
Included in the price is a one hour one and one consultation and a customized oil blend made specifically for you to address a certain ailment you may have, either physically or emotionally. Instruction will also be given on which pressure points you should put the blend for optimal results.
