Headache Blend

Out of all the pain you can have, there is nothing more debilitating and annoying as a headache. Although there are many things that can cause a headache, peppermint has long been used to treat the pain of a headache. This blend also has an amazingly relaxing scent. Great to use at night so you don't wake up with a headache. A pain relieving blend of Basil, French Lavender, Marjoram & Peppermint.
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and apply to back of the neck, behind the ears, and Large Intestine 4 (LI4) acupuncture point located on the fleshy mound between the thumb and first finger of each hand.
