Menopause Blend

Menopause is a natural process as we get older but comes with not so wonderful symptoms. Hot flashes, sleepless nights, moodiness and irritability are not fun for us or our loved ones. Menopause blend was designed to help soothe, calm and balance out these symptoms. Vitex is the main ingredient in this blend and this healthy essential oil is extracted from berries and leaves of the Chaste tree which grows in tropical and subtropical regions throughout the world. This oil has been used by many cultures to soothe and balance hormonal symptoms.
 
Menopause is a calming blend of Geranium, Clary Sage, Lemon, Cypress, Saro, Vitex, Peppermint & Spearmint. 
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and cup over nose and mouth and take 3-5 deep breaths, then apply to back of neck, chest and wrists. Can also be diffused.
