Peaceful Blend is a blissful blend of Sweet Orange, Lemon, Lime, Litsea, Tangerine, French Lavender, Damiana & Jasmine. 
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and cup over nose and mouth and take 3-5 deep breaths, then apply to neck, chest and wrists. Can also be diffused.
