Pink Pepper also called “Peruvian Pepper” and “American Pepper” is an evergreen tree thatgrows to 50 feet. It is native to the Peruvian Andes. The bark, leaves and berries all emit a zestyaroma. The essential oil is produced by distillation of the fruits.
