PMS Relief Blend

Don't let your period cramp your style! Not only does PMS Relief actually help relieve cramping, nausea, hot flashes and moodiness, its aroma is incredibly comforting.  PMS Relief is a soothing blend of Bergamot, Geranium, Ginger, Sweet Fennel, & Lavender.
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and apply to abdomen below the belly button.
