Relax Blend

After a long and stressful day of work, there is nothing like throwing on some comfy pants and using this calming blend. Not only does it relax and calm the mind, but also helps fight against negative thoughts and feelings. Truly an uplifting, relaxing and mood enhancing blend of Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Rosewood & Lemon.
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and apply to neck, chest and wrists. Best when used after work to “Wind Down”.
