Renew Blend

Possessing a citrusy aroma with hints of peppermint, Renew is a blend of Lemon, Tangerine, Bergamot, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang and Melissa. Fresh and stimulating, Renew can help lift us out of negative emotions and self pity and help us embrace joy. Helps to calm anger and frustration. 
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and apply to neck, chest and wrists.
