Respiratory Relief Blend

Whether it’s allergy season or the flu is making its annual rounds, congestion and strained breathing typically arrives at lease once a year. Respiratory Relief is a restorative blend that aids in soothing the respiratory symptoms of a cold. A comforting blend of Cardamom, Hyssop, Juniper Berry & Rosemary.
 
Instructions: Pour a quarter size amount of a carrier oil (avocado oil) into your palm and add 5-8 drops of the blend. Rub together and cup over nose and mouth and take 3-5 deep breaths, then apply to neck, chest and wrists. Can also be diffused.

Safely diluted with Golden Jojoba Oil and ready to use.
