It is one of best healing oils. Used for cuts, scraps, bruises, and acne. This oil is antifungal and is one of the most effective treatments of athlete's foot. Also used to help treat eczema, psoriasis and dandruff. A wonderful oil for the skin! Can be applied directly to the skin. Can use in place of neosporin under a band aid due to is very strong antisepic properties. It purifies as it heals and is a must for any home medicine cabinet or first-aid kit. Can also be used in homemade cleaning products. Diffused for clients who need help to heal physically or emotionally. Works very well with peppermint.
 
Discovered in 1770 by Captain Cook, Tea Tree was first brewed as a tea. The evergreen tree is native to Australia in wet lowland locations and grows about 10 to 25 feet. It has papery white bark, dark-green needle-like leaves and colorful flowers. Tea Tree belongs to a family of about 200 species of evergreen trees. The leaves are steam distilled to extract the clear essential oil.
