The tree has been grown in Japan for over 1,000 years. Yuzu is very cold hardy and is grown in areas too cold for other citrus fruits. In Japan, the Yuzu fruit is added to bath water, especially during the winter solstice, to ward off infections and bring prosperity and health.
 
Use Yuzu like you would any other citrus essential oil. It is an amazing mood booster and helps to ward against depression.
